Really looking forward to this week's 360 Documentaries, exploring bird song, especially the pied butcher bird, in some great outback locations and with some interesting participants - RN stalwart Jane Ulman, an outstanding field recordist, and artist Hollis Taylor.

Yes, I heard this on the radio (whilst feeding Bryn) and absolutely loved it. From the way the voices and other elements were woven together in the opening, to Hollis sitting at a dinky outback piano at the end, playing different variations on the butcher bird's basic 2 note structure, identifying the different motifs heard in different places.
